The noise was unbearable, with doors slamming and loud music all night. It really ruined the stay, making it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep.

I stayed here 1 night and loved it. It was in the central location to a bus stop.
The bed was small, unfortunately.

Overall it was nicely decorated and top-class, with a private bathroom. Liked view of mountain. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent in the centre of town. And we were really close to restaurants and other social venues and Kloof Street/the VA Waterfront.
Their staff were not very friendly.

I couldn’t believe how noisy it was! The neighbors were always partying, and the smell of weed filled the corridor. Plus, the staff took ages to address complaints, and the security were just downright unfriendly. Such a disappointing experience!

I spent my Xmas here, and it was such a blast! The location is super convenient, close to the waterfront and some great local restaurants. I also enjoyed the breakfast each morning—definitely a highlight!
On the flip side, I experienced issues with the WiFi; it was pretty spotty in my room. I noticed some cleanliness issues—like dust and the bathroom could have used a thorough scrub.

The room was clean and absolutely fantastic with a mini bar, climate control and a flat-screen TV.
Clean hotel, lovely staff, marvellous and perfect location by everything Town has to offer. The rooms with better soundproofing. Good choice of goodies for breakfast. Location really close to the city center as well as restaurants. Next to Engen Head Office

The location is pretty central, and I loved how clean and modern the space was. The staff were friendly, which added to the positive vibe. Just a heads up—some plumbing issues and noise from the rooftop were a bit distracting, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I was really unsettled to find an unwanted person in my room claiming to have lost their key. The staff apparently gave them a master key! I mean, how unsafe is that? I definitely won't be returning.

Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast while taking in the amazing scenery. The better soundproofing was another highlight, allowing me to fully relax without the disruptions of outside noise.
Nonetheless, it didn’t significantly detract from my overall experience.
